Set up with ZapierYour account has a single webhook URL. Point it at your platform and split every answer from there: detractors to Slack, everything to a sheet, named customers to the CRM. Rerouting answers becomes a drag on a canvas, not a code change.
Running a store? A survey link works with nothing installed: put it in the order confirmation email, on the packing slip as a QR code, or on the order status page. Anyone can answer: nobody has to be in your database first, and there is nothing to add to your storefront.
The survey can live on your page, or inside your mobile app, and answer there without sending anybody away. Nothing to install on either side.
On a web page. Paste the snippet from the survey's Embed button. It reports its own height, so you never guess one:

In a mobile app. Open the same URL in a WebView.
When it navigates to /s/YOUR-SURVEY/done, the survey is
finished: close the panel. The score comes along in a
downright:complete message for hosts that want it.
Embedded answers are anonymous unless the customer leaves an address. The messages and the frame policy are in the API reference.
These recipes use each platform's built-in webhook and HTTP steps. There is no Downright app in their directories yet, and none is needed. Prefer to build it yourself? The API and webhooks are fully documented.
