Questions about the plans

What counts as a response?

An answer you receive. Invitations, links, QR codes and embeds cost nothing: an invitation nobody answers never touches the allowance. To keep spammers out, sending itself is capped at 3× your allowance on Free and 15× on paid plans, far above ordinary use.

What if I go over the limit?

Your surveys stop collecting until your allowance resets, unless you move up a plan. On a paid plan that is when you are next charged; on the free plan it is when the calendar month turns. Nothing already collected is deleted, and you are never charged for going past the limit.

Can my colleagues use it too?

The free plan is for one person. Starter covers five, and Pro has no limit. Everyone on an account sees the same surveys and the same answers, and you can add or remove people yourself from Settings.

Can I change or stop my plan?

Any time, from Settings under Plan. Moving to a smaller plan, or back to free, takes effect straight away and needs no email to us. Your surveys, contacts and responses stay exactly where they are.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The free plan needs no card and does not expire. See the FAQ for everything else.
